Return and Refund Policy

Registering for any event, hereby grants AV Elite and any other affiliate associated with AV Elite, the absolute right and permission to take, edit, publish, distribute and make use of any and all pictures or video taken of My Child (named herein) to be used in and/or for legal promotional materials including, but not limited to newsletters, flyers, posters, brochures, advertisements, fundraising letters, annual reports, press kits and submissions to journalists, websites, social networking sites and other print and digital communications, without payment or any other consideration. This authorization extends to all languages, media, formats and markets now known or hereafter devised. This authorization shall continue indefinitely unless the above-mentioned organizations otherwise revoke said authorization in writing.

I (named herein as I, refers to the registered parent or guardian) understand and agree that these materials shall become the property of the above-mentioned organizations and affiliates and will not be returned. I hereby release, discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless from all liability, petitions, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons may make while acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate. 

COVID-19 SAFETY INFORMATION:

While participating in events held or sponsored by the AV Elite consistent with CDC guidelines, participants are encouraged to practice hand hygiene, “social distancing” and wear face coverings if desired to reduce the risks of exposure to COVID-19. Because COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is spread mainly from person-to-person contact, the AV Elite has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19. However, AV Elite cannot guarantee that its participants, volunteers, partners, or others in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19.

By attending the AV Elite event(s), I certify that I and my child are in good health, have no fever and have no current issues that make it unsafe for me and my child to participate in activity, which may not have a medical professional on staff.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I specifically assume all risks and hazards associated with My Child and my child’s participation in the activity including, but not limited to, the risks associated with the COVID-19 or similar type virus. I understand that I and my child will be associating with staff, volunteers, and other children and may contract COVID-19, and other viruses and diseases, through our participation in the activity. I understand and voluntarily assume the risk that I or my child may acquire COVID-19, and that COVID-19 may subsequently be transmitted from me to my child, my family, and members of my household or my child to me, my family, and members of my household.

RELEASE AND WAIVER

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby agree to waive, release, and discharge any and all claims, causes of action, damages, and rights of any kind, including serious injury or death, illness, economic loss, or loss or damage to property against AV Elite and its affiliated partners and sponsors, including in each case, without limitation, their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents (the “Released Parties”), which I, my heirs, next of kin and/or legally appointed or designated representatives, may have or which may hereinafter accrue on my behalf, arising from or relating in any way to my child’s participation in activity.

REFUNDS

I understand that there are no refunds.  If a camp or training session is missed the amount paid is non-refundable.  AV Elite members playing in tournaments are accountable for all tournament and registration fees, regardless of attendance.  There are no refunds.

WEATHER

AV Elite does not control the weather.  I understand that to the best of AV Elites ability, we will try to provide a make-up session(s) but it is not always possible; therefore, there is no refund for weather.
